Nose: A little soapsuds, vanilla, pineapple, white pepper, gentle spices.
Flavour: Peppery, liquorice, salty, some butter, a hint of detergent, pineapple, a little tine-plate in the finish.
Body: Light, slightly alcohol burning, a hint of creaminess, tannin dryness.
Comments: It's got plenty of substance that should have been allowed to develop for a few more years.
