Nose: Peaty, moor, sal ammoniac, gentle herbs, fresh sourness, a hint of dried horse manure.
Flavour: Peaty, ash, fruity, gentle sweet candy, light wood, a hint of sal ammoniac.
Body: Round, granular creamy, beautiful round oily.
Comments: It's the combination of great fruitiness and pleasant peat which makes it larger than it's age might suggest.
