Nose:	Mint, coughing sweets, alcohol, fresh fruit, gentle white pepper, Japanese ginger, hint of rice wine.
Flavour:	Full sweet fruits, white pepper, white apricot, strawberry foam, spicy.
Body:	Alcohol burning, beautiful oily.
Comments:	What a flavor! If only it was allowed a little more time in the cask.
