Nose: Slightly dusty, citrus skin, thin lemonade, brier.
Flavour: Light lemon, vanilla, woody, sweet raspberries, gentle white pepper, salty finish.
Body: Creamy, beautifully round, slightly sticky, calm full, round roughness.
Comments: Cask like this should be opened all the time when I'm around.
