Nose: Gentle, a hint of sherry, some wood, raisins, currant, fennel, some spices, light lavas.
Flavour: Sherry, raisin, salty, some wood, light licorice wood, a little red fruit, a hint of nuts, some sweetness, a hint of coal, finishes with some chili.
Body: Beautifully round oily, calm, slightly stimulating, long lasting finish.
Comments: It's a sherry monster with finesse, so it's right up my alley.
