Strong bouquet, slightly sour, thin. A bit like applecider.
Flavour:
Nice and fruity, full, a little peat. Finishes slightly sharp in the back of your mouth.
Body:
Light, creamy later on, complex. Lasts for quite some time in your mouth and throat.
