Nose: A little sour, slightly sweet, some wood.
Flavour: Salty, peppery. Slowly it gets sweeter like vanilla.
Body: Syrupy, pleasant, calm, dry, lasts for some time.
Comments: This one's been done quite well. It has kept quite a lot of it's character over the years.
