Nose: Fudge, gentle dark herbs, a hint of slightly sourish oranges.
Flavour: Gentle red fruit, pleasantly spicy, a hint of Christmas cake, dark chocolate, herbs.
Body: Pleasantly creamy and granular, slightly dry.
Comments: A beautiful whisky where the sherry plays it's roll of nudging it in the right direction perfectly.
