Nose: A little peat, sour moor, a little sweet sulfur, light rubber.
Flavour: Peaty, sweet, light oranges, a hint of carbonic, liquorice candy, smoky.
Body: Beautiful full oily, elegant, light raw dryness, a little rough.
Comments: It's not easy to make a great sherry peat whisky, but this one could've fooled me.
