Nose: Some sulfur, a little sour, stewed pear, a hint of apricot.
Flavour: Gentle, a lot of fruit, a little pepper, some tannins, a little salty, light chocolate, a hint of tasty coughing syrup, a hint of citrus, a hint of Christmas cake.
Body: Slightly oily, dry, gentle.
Comments: I'm glad we've finally been able to give it the attention it deserves.
