Nose: Sherry, roasted peach, old wood, clove, rubber, light red fruit.
Flavour: Wood, roasted apricot, burning, sherry, dried currants, a hint of chocolate, slightly rancid, finishes pleasantly full with some mineral bitterness.
Body: Viscous, slightly foaming, nicely thick, lasting tasty stickiness.
Comments: Bottled at the right time when the sherry is able to mask any weaknesses due to it's young age making it possible for it's strong points to shine.
