Nose: Light sourness, sweet, gentle sherry, yellow fruit, a hint of caramel, a hint of a dry coniferous forest.
Flavour: Light gentle sherry, spices, a little earthy, light chocolate, white pepper, sweet finish.
Body: Beautiful full oily, lemonade like calm finish.
Comments: Once the power of the alcohol evaporates, so does the magic it displayed thus far.
