Nose: A little sour, some pear, vanilla powder, floral.
Flavour: Light red fruity sweetness, ginger, some wood, hearts candied sugar, light black and white candy, some pepper, vanilla powder, a hint of carbolineum.
Body: Light, fat, slightly dry, pleasantly viscous, slightly creamy.
Comments: A good dram that gets better with every sip.
