Nose: Gentle, light red fruit, a hint of fresh mint, light honey.
Flavour: Light red fruit, white pepper, a little mint, some salt, sal ammoniac licorice, calm finish.
Body: Light oily, slightly granular, slightly viscous, slightly rough dryness.
Comments: It's quite beautiful. I just wish it's youthful spark was superseded now that it's aged.
