Nose:	Fresh, mint, some grain, some citrus, light withered branches, warm cake, corn bread.
Flavour:	Light, some grain, delicately spicy, light vanilla, peppery, a hint of pear, a little wood, a hint of powdered sugar, a little mint.
Body:	Beautiful thick oiliness, viscous, calm finish.
Comments:	It's not unique in it's tasty delicate spiciness, but it knows how to deliver like no other.
