Nose: Red fleshy fruit, zweet, wood, a hint of grapes, some elements of olive oil.
Flavour: Zweet red fruit, fresh sourness, red grapefruit, cereal, a little biscuits, a little metallic, beautiful freshly cut wood, slightly salty, some toffee, beautiful fresh lasting finish.
Body: Smooth, slightly creamy, pleasantly viscous, slightly granular.
Comments: The lightness and freshness at it's age makes it a piece of art.
