Flavour: Fruity, apple, raisins, overripe mango, plums, dynamic, gentle white pepper, some wood, whey.
Body: Round, tasty viscous.
Comments: It's takes you on a journey through each of the seasons it's seen during it's life in the cask. A journey I don't mind reliving againn and again.
