Nose: Butter slightly soury, nuts, a little strawberries, some conifer, gentle herbs.
Flavour: Dark fruit, plum, gentle herbs, peppery, slightly bitter finish with some ethanol.
Body: Lightly creamy, slightly granular dryness.
Comments: It's got plenty potential, but at the moment there's not much else.
