Nose: By the sunlight molten young cheese, gentle herbs, a hint of sherry.
Flavour: Plums, some wood, pleasanlty salty, fresh fruity sourness, light sherry.
Body: Beautiful full oily, warm, pleasantly dry on the tongue, warm viscous on the cheeks.
Comments: Great cask!
