Flavour: Sherry, wood, red fruit, dark herbs, raisins, tannines.
Body: Dry, granular.
Comments: Quite a typical heavily sherried whisky. Not that I'm complaining but it feels like it doesn't matter what kind of new spirit went into this cask.
