Nose:	A hint of vinegar, fruity, gentle.
Flavour:	Fruitsalad, a hint of vinegar, some wood, a little salmiac liquorice powder, a little mocha.
Body:	Round, gently viscous, a little dry.
Comments:	It think the manager made a fine choice.
