Nose: Vanilla, gentle citrus, a hint of resin, slightly grassy, some red fruit, cherry.
Flavour: Red fruit, vanilla, peppery, a little sourish yellow fruit, a hint of cassis, a hint of mocha, a touch of tobacco.
Body: Dry, creamy, greaxy, warm on the cheeks, pleasantly tingling.
Comments: This 1st fill cask lives up to expectations lokking at the amount and range of flavours, but was also able to deliver them in nicely balanced way.
