Nose: Thin, somewhat sour.
Flavour: Spicy, sour apples.
Body: Lasts faintly in the back of your tongue for quite some time. Slightly sharp at the tip of your tongue.
Comments: It tastes quite young for it's age and it takes some getting used to, but in the end it's a very nice specimen.
