Nose: Puffed apple, tangerine, boiled fruit, a hint of anise.
Flavour: Fruity, some wood, light vanilla, salty, tannines, a hint of lavas, a hint of pancake batter.
Body: Light creamy, a little dry.
Comments: Overall I'd like it to have a little more character, but it's quite tasty non the less.
