Nose: Big Oloroso sherry, wood, coffee, red fruit.
Flavour: Lots of sherry, wood, sweet, pure chocolate, charcoal, dark red fruit, pleasantly bitter, mocha mousse.
Body: Sucking dryness, round greasy, smooth viscous, dynamic through the entire mount, lasting finish.
Comments: Much more than just a sherry bomb, so I'll take a comfy chair to go as well.
