Nose:	Gentle, yellow tropical fruit, slightly sweet.
Flavour:	Sweet, fruit, nutty, some dairy butter, chocolate mousse.
Body:	Round, slightly creamy, viscous, lasting finish.
Comments:	Though quite heavy on the sherry it's able to reach a fine balance between all flavours.
