Nose:	Pear, sour, a little ash, a hint of red fruit.
Flavour:	Yellow fruit, new wood, light citrus.
Body:	Gentle oily, prickling, nicely viscous, creamy dryness.
Comments:	Very tasty for a first release. It's a little rough on the edges but thats not an issue.
