Nose: Light, sherry, toffee, some citrus, floral.
Flavour: Toffee, some wood, plums, butter, some bitterness in the finish.
Body: Round, slightly viscous.
Comments: It starts quite pleasantly but unfortunately after a while the bitterness thats to compound until there's no way around it.
