Nose: Oloroso sherry, sweetness, sharp spices, a hint of syrup.
Flavour: Mild Oloroso sherry, spices, some apple syrup, chocolate, some liquorice, light salmiac.
Body: A bit chewy, thick on the cheeks, gently dry.
Comments: These sherry casks have successfully pumped up this dram and boy that makes me happy.
