Nose:	Meat spices, gingerbread, light lavas, slightly soury, light PX sherry, celery.
Flavour:	Mild PX sherry, a little liquorice, sharp salmiac, peppery, some wood, almost burned caramel, light pleasantly acerb.
Body:	Round, slightly creamy, greasy, slightly viscous.
Comments:	A pleasantly dynamic well balanced whisky with PX sherry influence the way I like it.
