Nose: Slightly sour, light rubber, a hint of lavas, Christmas pudding.
Flavour: Sweet, sherry, Christmas cake, chocolate, spices cake, a hint of sulphur, salmiac.
Body: Beautifully rough, plane dryness, beautifully prickling.
Comments: A terrific PX sherry whisky that brings a lot of flavours to the table.
