Nose: Oloroso sherry, fresh, floral, grilled fruit.
Flavour: Mild Oloroso sherry, wood, red fruit, 'Haagse Hopjes' candy, plums, liquorice, herbal bouillon cube.
Body: Gently oily, velvet like viscous, lemonade like, delicate rough dryness.
Comments: De Oloroso sherry elevates the grain to a higher level while the grain complements the Oloroso sherry resulting in a deliciously more complex whisky.
