Nose:
Sherry, liquorice, beautiful spices.
Flavour:
Mild sherry, red fruit, slightly sweet, light liquorice, sweet salmiac, a hint of mint.
Body:
Smooth, light, quite dry, very beautifully oily.
Comments:
Elegant old, beautiful sherry, delicate complex. This one has checked quite a few of my checkboxes.
