Nose: Dark sweetness, thick yellow fruit, caster sugar, vanilla.
Flavour: Sweet, vegetable, spices, caster sugar, peppery, caramel, a hint of sweetness.
Body: Round oily, a little dry in the finish.
Comments: The sweetness from the cask smooths everything over leading to a nothing more than a pleasant dram.
