Nose: Sourish, liquorice, a hint of liquorice, some wood, some spices.
Flavour: Mild peach, a little liquorice, raisin, red fruit, caramel, chocolate, fruity sourness.
Body: Smooth, creamy, slightly viscous, gently dry.
Comments: In my opinion the sherry finish gives it a pleasant and needed boost.
