Nose: Preserved fruit from an almond paste-filled pastry log, gentle, fresh.
Flavour: Mild red fruit, a hint of anise, beautiful old wood, light spices, a hint of overripe fruit.
Body: Gentle oily, light dry on the tongue, warm viscous on the cheeks, elegant lasting finish.
Comments: It's a very subtle and elegant whisky that get's more and more beautiful with every sip.
