Nose: Fruity, vanilla, a hint of citrus.
Flavour: Yellow fruit, new wood, vanilla, sugared citrus, cream.
Body: Lightly viscous, creamy.
Comments: Though not bad at all the lack of depth and complexity makes me believe the use of a pressure cooker like a quarter cask isn't the right solution for this one.
