Nose: Mild peat, stewed apple, vanilla.
Flavour: Stewed apple, mild sweetness, liquorice, a hint of ash, a hint of sea salt, some earth, a hint of coconut.
Body: Mild creamy, gently viscous, prickling dryness.
Comments: Clearly a step forward from the standard version.
