Nose: Sherry, dried currant, cake, spices, red fruit, a hint of cinnamon, wheaties, pencil shavings. a hint of chalk.
Flavour: Rose hip, red fruit, spices, light cinnamon, chocolate, chilli, some wood.
Body: Slightly greasy, gently creamy, round dryness.
Comments: The sherry makes a great addition to the already tasty distillery characteristics.
