Nose: Vanilla, fresh sourish, citrus, sourball, pine,
Flavour: Honey, grapefruit, cream, a hint of coconut.
Body: Slightly greasy, prickling.
Comments: Though a great example of what a good bourbon cask is capable of in the end it's a little lame with hardly any depth.
