Nose:	Moor, pepper, medicinal.
Flavour:	Mild peat, some iodine, some white fruit, a hint of citrus, pear, salty, new wood, slight smoke.
Body:	Smooth, velvet like oily, beautifully chewy, prickling dry.
Comments:	It's not unique, but with this quality I don't mind if it isn't.
