Nose: Sourish, a bit rancid, butterscotch, herbs, plant stems, mint, wet leaves
Flavour: Butterscotch, apple, mint, earthy, vanilla, old cheese, some sea salt, gingerbread, nuts.
Body: Dry, slightly sticky, a little sharp.
Comments: A tasty drink that's quite gentle.
