Nose: Faint, initially some peat, salty, slightly rancid, yeast, linoleum.
Flavour: Salt, some sweetness, dried fruit, smoky finish.
Body: Calm, a little dry, oily, reasonably sharp, lasts pleasantly for some time.
Comments: The plain oak barrels have produced quite a interresting variant, but ordinary bowmore is to be preferred.
