Slightly sharp with a subtle amount of iodine.
Flavour:
A full, round taste with the right amount of iodine and sweetness.
Body:
Nice, gentle and round. Dry, fresh and the right amount of sharpness to keep it alive for a long time. And very very subtle indeed.
