Nose: Wood, some sea salt, gentle, some sweetness, faint, some hints of fruitcake, slightly warm.
Flavour: A little wood, smooth, some sea salt, strong soury fruityness, appetizing, spicy, cooked fruit.
Body: Calm, a little dry, dynamic, oilly, a great finish which lasts and lasts.
Comments: One of those whiskies which is great without, but with which a drop of water gives it another layer of delight.
