Flavour: Hint of pepper, warm, candy like sweetness, slightly dark, spices, dark grain/wheat.
Body: Slightly dry, on the thin side, oily.
Comments: The remarkable contrast between the light textures and dark body makes this a surprisingly pleasant appetizer.
