Sweet, fresh liquorice, blue cheese, a little sal ammoniac, wood, fruity sourness, a little stale in it's finish.

Round, delicately viscous, thick oily, nicely lasting finish. |
| Comments: |
Quite delicious, though it seems a somewhat stale in comparison to the last time we drank this. Perhaps this is the result of oxidizing for too long? |

Pleasingly sweet, peppery, slightly salty, faintly bitter. |

Oily, dryish, dynamic, great long finish. |

Despite it's age this one has plenty character. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. |
