Nose:	Slightly sweet, some wood, some wine, a little sour.
Flavour:	Smooth and gentle, slightly rancid/buttery, slightly bitter in the back of your throat.
Body:	A little dry, slightly oily, hardly has a finish.
Comments:	Being Irish it's gentle nature hardly comes as a surprise. Unfortunately that's about all it has to offer.
