Nose:	Faintly sweet and sour, lime, subtle, some hay, dried flowers, fragrant.
Flavour:	Peppery, salty, oranges marmalade, slightly dusty, honey, fruity.
Body:	Fat, sharp, round, creamy. Has a lasting peppery finish.
Comments:	They should add a still so they can produce more of this stuff. A the moment it's a bit pricy.
