Nose: Glue, red fruit, wood, a little sherry, a little pepper.
Flavour: Salt, sweet, pepper, round, slightly rancid.
Body: Oily, fat, slightly dry, has a full lasting finish.
Comments: There's a instant flashback to a warm evening in the early autumn, buildings are radiating with the heat stored during the day, while some of the leaves in the trees are already starting to show their full autumn colors. Quite delicious.
